Sarah has been employed with Audiological Services since June, 2002. Responsibilities: Accommodates individuals without appointments, thoroughly cleans, dehumidifies and trouble-shoots all makes of hearing aids, makes minor programming adjustments, modifies ear molds and/or custom hearing aids, orders assistive listening devices and speciality items, processes all out-going hearing aids and schedules all appointments for repair or fit

Sandra has been employed with Audiological Services since January, 2009. Responsibilities: Greets patients and answers incoming phone calls, distributes mail and prepares patient correspondence

Patient Coordinator

Tina has been with Audiological Services since August, 2007. Responsibilities: Manages all patient records and charts, primary patient contact , schedules appointments, verifies and answers all questions about insurance and files all insurance claims

Administrative Coordinator

Tammy joined Audiological Services in June, 2010. Responsibilities: Develops and implements office procedures, trains new employees, supervises office staff, reviews and maintains orders and invoices

Nancy joined Audiological Services in March, 2009. Responsibilities: Promotes the services of the practice to all potential referral sources within the East Texas area, manages public relations in the Lufkin community and develops a yearly marketing plan for the practice
